Custom or personalized products may take 5–10 business days, depending on design complexity.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days within India.
We ship using trusted carriers such as Delhivery, BlueDart, India Post, DHL, or FedEx.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders.
The price you see is the final price—no hidden or extra charges at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, natural events, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at support@craftxyz.com with clear photos of the issue. You must also provide an uncut video of the package unboxing showing the condition of the package and product. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
