Refund policy
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at support@craftxyz.com with clear photos of the issue. You must also provide an uncut video of the package unboxing showing the condition of the package and product. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom or personalized products, sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, and hazardous or flammable materials. If you’re unsure about your item, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original order and place a new purchase once your return is approved.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
